Central Anatolia Region First Agriculture and Food Congress had been conducted at 2-4 October 2013 by Nigde University in order to revive improvements in agriculture and food areas and provide new cooperations between academicians and industrialists. The second one of this congress had been organized by Nevsehir Hacıbektas Veli University at 28-30 Nisan 2015 with the aim of bringing together delegates who share an overall interest in food and agriculture from universities, research institutes, laboratories, industrial bodies, consumer and public authorities and negotiating scientific and technological researches.
This is the third time of congress and Sivas has been chosen as a venue. On behalf of organisers, it is my great pleasure to invite you to Central Anatolia Region Third Agriculture and Food Congress (targid) which will take place from 26th-28th October 2017, in Sivas-Turkey. This congress will be organised by Cumhuriyet University Food Engineering Department. Your attendance in this congress and evaluating developments and problems related to agriculture and food with you all will make us honored.
